Directions to Red Doors Farm

From M5:

Take Junction 28 from the M5 (signposted Cullompton). Follow signs to Honiton. Go through Honiton town centre and left at the roundabout. Follow the road over the A30 (do not turn towards Exeter) and join the A30 from Honiton towards London. After approximately 2 miles arrive on the edge of the village of Monkton. Take the first left turn before Monkton signposted for Luppitt. Turn left to Luppitt and follow the directions below.

(Note: do not take the Luppitt signpost just after the bridge over the A30 from Honiton as this will lead you around the country lanes for half an hour!)

From M3:

Exit onto the A303 (going towards Honiton, Exeter) arrive at Monkton (about 2 miles north east of Honiton). Drive through Monkton and as soon as you leave the village take the right turn signposted to Luppitt.

From the Luppitt turning:

After about 100 yards go over a small bridge and bear right continuing on the same road for another 1 1/2 miles. The first hamlet you arrive in is Beacon. You will arrive at the Beacon Cross signpost. Red Doors Farm is the property to the left of the sign, slightly down the hill. To access the property follow the road around to the left and enter the front cobbled courtyard through the wooden gates.
